You are now experiencing “Dischord,” the April Fools’ Day release from mc chris and longtime producer Andrew Futral. The rapper, best known as MC Pee Pants from Aqua Teen Hunger Force, geeks out hard on this song all about My Little Ponies. The MLPs, you see, have their own cult following of bronies, or otherwise-gender-normative adult males who are totally into the animated series about cute, wide-eyed ponies with names like “Twilight Sparkle” and “Scootaloo.” chris has never shied away from geeking out about fandom - he also penned a pretty fantastic and pretty nerdy track called “Fett’s Vette,” which alleges that Boba Fett became a bounty hunter in order to finance his Corvette.
